Job description
**Infusion Nurse**
The Infusion Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, which encompasses conducting assessments, developing care plans, and administering infusion therapies in patients’ homes. The role also involves meticulously documenting patient interactions, collaborating with the healthcare team, and providing education to patients and caregivers on the safe implementation of therapies. Applicants must possess a valid RN license in Michigan and should have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, ideally in infusion, ICU, or cardiac care settings. While a bachelor’s degree in nursing is desirable, the position necessitates the ability to travel to patient residences within the Saginaw region.
