Job description
**Job Title: 1:1 Pediatric Home Health Nurse**
Deliver specialized one-on-one nursing support for medically vulnerable children within a home health environment. Duties encompass medication administration, monitoring of patient health status, and providing guidance to families regarding care procedures. Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas. A valid CPR certification is mandatory, and prior experience in pediatric home health is highly desirable.
