Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in the Pediatric Emergency Department by conducting patient assessments, performing analyses, and implementing nursing interventions throughout the continuum of care, from triage to discharge. Responsibilities include advanced patient monitoring, the administration of intricate medications, and support during therapeutic procedures such as intubation and stabilization. Applicants should possess an Associate degree in nursing and hold a valid Minnesota RN license, along with a minimum of one year of experience in pediatric critical care or two years in adult critical care. BLS certification is mandatory, and candidates are expected to secure additional certifications, including TNCC, ENPC, and PALS, within the first year of employment.
