Job description

**Behavior Technician**

Behavior Technicians are responsible for executing personalized behavior intervention strategies for children diagnosed with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. They employ proven methodologies to instruct vital life skills while addressing and diminishing disruptive behaviors. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, they must be capable of obtaining CPR and First Aid certification. The position necessitates physical endurance, as Technicians will be required to lift weights up to 50 pounds and must also be fluent in Spanish.
