Job description
The Registered Nurse will deliver professional nursing and rehabilitation services to clients residing in senior living facilities on a visit basis. Key responsibilities involve executing comprehensive assessments, responding to urgent clinical scenarios, along with overseeing medication reconciliation and providing wound care. Applicants should possess a valid nursing license in Arizona and have a minimum of one year of recent direct clinical experience with adult or elderly patients. This position demands the capability to work autonomously while effectively juggling a variable appointment schedule across different home settings.
