Job description
The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations, and providing guidance to nursing personnel. This role involves working closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee staffing requirements and contributing to hiring and staff development initiatives. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited nursing program and possess a valid Registered Nurse license. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred for this role.
