Job description
**Job Title: Accounting Team Lead**
The Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for managing financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations, while promoting a culture of accountability and ongoing enhancement. This role will also involve assisting with both internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and contributing to process improvements within the finance team. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience. A strong understanding of GAAP, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with general ledger systems are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking sector.
