Job description
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering hands-on patient care, overseeing patients recovering from cardiac surgeries, and administering prescribed medications in a 24-bed stepdown unit. The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and offer patient education to promote safety and enhance health recovery outcomes. Applicants must hold an active California State RN license and have Advanced Life Support certification. A minimum of one year of recent experience in acute care within this specialty is necessary, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
