Job description
**House Supervisor**
The House Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing and hospital operations during designated shifts, focusing on maintaining high standards of psychiatric patient care and efficient staff management. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coaching staff performance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivering direct nursing care when necessary. Applicants should possess an Associate’s degree in nursing along with a valid Registered Nurse license. A preference will be given to those with a minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting and in a leadership role within nursing.
