**Registrar**
The Registrar plays a pivotal role in welcoming patients, gathering demographic and financial details, and overseeing the registration workflow for services. This position also involves verifying insurance, collecting payments, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and EMTALA. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in customer service and have a fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with prior experience in a medical or healthcare office environment.
