They are also responsible for identifying customer needs, cross-selling bank products, and maintaining branch security. Candidates must have at least one year of banking experience in a customer-facing role and one year of cash handling experience. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays is required.
