The Role of Relationship Banker II involves recognizing customer financial requirements and actively providing suitable banking solutions. This position also entails making outbound calls to attract new clients while maintaining a high standard of customer service at the branch. Applicants are required to have a High School Diploma or GED and should be proficient in cash handling and transaction processing. Additionally, the position demands excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work in a branch setting, including the occasional Saturday shift.
