Job description
**Shift Manager**
The Shift Manager oversees the daily operations of the store by guiding team members, promoting exceptional guest service, and upholding standards for food safety and sanitation. Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of experience in retail or food service, with a preference for at least 1 year in a leadership role. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, and candidates should be capable of performing physical activities, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
