Job description
The specialist will engage in client outreach through phone calls, emails, and messaging to present travel services. In addition, they will oversee calendar management, arrange consultations for travel advisors, and ensure CRM records are kept up-to-date. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities along with a genuine enthusiasm for travel. Experience in customer service, sales, or scheduling appointments is advantageous.
