**Job Title: Telehealth Representative**
The Telehealth Representative will be responsible for addressing phone calls and email inquiries related to insurance, billing, and technical support in a virtual setting. This role entails managing a consistent influx of incoming communication while effectively utilizing multiple systems to support patients with scheduling needs and account details. Candidates should have a high school diploma, GED, or a college degree and must complete a required virtual training program successfully. Additionally, applicants are required to pass a customer service assessment, a typing proficiency test, and undergo a background check, all while ensuring they have a quiet, focused work environment with reliable high-speed internet access.
