Job description
In this role, you will assist both customers and agents with inquiries related to property and casualty policies, as well as billing matters. You will also address service-related issues, record customer requirements, and execute updates to policies, which necessitates maintaining an active insurance license. Applicants must have a current Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license without any active appointments. A confirmed high school diploma or GED is also necessary for this position.
