Deliver precise, timely, and effective assistance to clients and agents concerning property and casualty insurance policies and billing inquiries. Address service-related problems, record customer requirements, and carry out policy modifications that necessitate a current insurance license. Applicants must hold an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license without any existing appointments. Additionally, a verifiable high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
