**Position Title: 3D Visualization Specialist**
Responsibilities include crafting exceptional, lifelike 3D renderings from 2D floor plans to enhance design presentations and narrate client stories effectively. The role will involve overseeing the rendering workflow, organizing design evaluations, and upholding the company’s collection of 3D assets. A minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D visualization specifically in the fields of architecture or interior design is required. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in 3ds Max, Corona, SketchUp, V-Ray, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
