The Research Associate will support senior scientists in the management, upkeep, and operation of autonomous ocean vehicles and research instruments. Additional responsibilities include overseeing laboratory inventory, processing oceanographic data, and aiding in field research initiatives. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of two years of pertinent research experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MATLAB, have a solid understanding of ocean observing systems, and be capable of conducting physical fieldwork.
