Job Summary
The Senior Research Associate is responsible for managing the daily operations of various clinical trials. This role involves engaging in participant recruitment, conducting screenings, and administering neurocognitive and behavioral evaluations. Additionally, the position entails handling biological samples, providing mentorship to junior personnel, and supporting the preparation of scientific documents and grant applications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of multiple clinical studies.
- Recruit and screen participants effectively.
- Conduct neurocognitive and behavioral assessments.
- Process and manage biological samples.
- Mentor junior staff in research practices.
- Assist in the creation of scientific documentation and grant submissions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in research or clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies.
- Familiarity with commonly used research software packages.
