**Research Program Assistant**
The Research Program Assistant plays a key role in advancing initiatives for the early childhood workforce via administrative support, data management, and participant onboarding. Key responsibilities encompass carrying out assessments, managing databases, and offering assistance to educators, learners, and families. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Development, Biology, or an equivalent discipline is mandatory, while a Master’s degree is favored. Ideal candidates will possess experience in customer service, behavioral analysis, or research, and should be willing to travel across Texas.
