Job description
**Job Title: Resident Assistant**
The Resident Assistant is responsible for delivering essential care and daily living support to residents, which encompasses personal hygiene, housekeeping duties, and meal services. This role involves working closely with the nursing team and other personnel to promote the physical, mental, and psycho-social health of all residents. Applicants should have prior experience in long-term care or assisted living environments and hold a valid Nursing Assistant certification. Additionally, current certifications in CPR and First Aid are mandatory. Flexibility to work on rotating weekends and holidays is also required.
