**Job Title:** Resident Assistant
The resident assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily living needs of senior residents, offering help with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and mealtime assistance. In addition to these tasks, they foster a safe and stimulating environment, providing emotional support and companionship to those in their care. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and live within a 30-minute commute from Watertown, WI. Although prior caregiving experience and CBRF or CPR certifications are not mandatory, they are highly valued.
