The Resident Care Associate provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods according to personalized service plans. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment and ensuring all resident rights and regulatory standards are upheld. A high school education is preferred, along with previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
