**Job Title: Resident Care Associate**
The Resident Care Associate delivers essential physical and emotional assistance to residents in both assisted living and memory care facilities, following individualized service plans. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe and tidy environment, supporting residents with everyday activities, and adhering to all relevant health and safety standards. A high school diploma is preferred, alongside prior experience in caregiving for seniors or individuals with disabilities. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and should be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
