Job description
**Job Title: Resident Care Specialist**
The Resident Care Specialist is responsible for delivering hands-on care, oversight, and protection for adjudicated youth within a residential setting. Key duties involve overseeing resident conduct, performing safety patrols within the facility, keeping detailed records of activities, and offering supportive guidance. Applicants should be a minimum of 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, candidates must successfully clear a background check, pass a drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license.
