Job description
**Job Title: Construction Manager**
The Construction Manager is responsible for leading initial strategic planning efforts, assessing infrastructure needs, and developing financial models for extensive facilities and real estate projects. This role involves the coordination of cross-functional scoping sessions and the creation of detailed cost estimations that convert project needs into comprehensive proposals. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or have equivalent experience amounting to a minimum of eight years in facility planning and estimation. Additionally, a Tier 3 security clearance is required, along with expertise in specialized engineering and cost estimation software.
