Job description
The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the security posture of U.S. Navy aircraft carrier systems through the creation of security requirements, performing risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to Department of Defense and Navy protocols. This position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to embed cybersecurity measures within ship designs and platform network infrastructures. Applicants must hold an active Top Secret clearance and have a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent technical discipline. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in computer design, software development, or network security is essential.
