Job Summary
The Resident Lifestyle Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience of residents within the community. This role involves organizing activities, fostering resident engagement, and ensuring that the communal environment is lively and enriching.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement various social events and recreational activities for residents.
- Develop relationships with residents to understand their interests and needs.
- Assist in the planning of programs that promote community involvement and a sense of belonging.
- Support residents in participating in activities while encouraging social interaction.
- Maintain an inviting and welcoming atmosphere within the community spaces.
- Collaborate with other staff members to facilitate resident requests and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in community service, event planning, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and activity planning.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate events and residents’ needs.
