**Job Title: Resident Lifestyle Assistant**
The Resident Lifestyle Assistant works alongside the Resident Lifestyle Director to create and implement daily enrichment programs aimed at enhancing the well-being of residents. Key responsibilities include conducting both individual and group activities in social, educational, and physical domains, while also ensuring resident safety during excursions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for candidates who have 6 to 12 months of experience in senior care. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, along with the capability to accommodate flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
