**Resident Services Manager**
The Resident Services Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating property operations by fostering positive relations with residents, managing lease agreements, and supervising maintenance activities within the community. This role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, organizing events, and maintaining the property’s exceptional aesthetic and cleanliness. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline, or have a minimum of one year of progressive experience in student housing. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, along with an understanding of property management practices and Fair Housing regulations, are essential.
