The Residential Care Associate provides companionship and assistance with daily living tasks to clients in a residential treatment setting. They also administer medications under nursing supervision and transport clients to treatment services. Candidates should have caregiving or mental health experience and a dedication to resident wellbeing. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, pass a criminal background check, and be at least 18 years old.
