This role includes the preparation of comprehensive estimates, maintaining relationships with vendors, and tracking project expenses to guarantee profitability. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in residential construction estimating and have a solid grasp of construction techniques and architectural plans. Expertise in budgeting practices, quantity take-offs, and managing subcontractors is essential.
