Job Summary
This role entails the administration and documentation of all facets of respiratory therapy, conducted under the direct supervision of the medical director. The position is accountable to both the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services and the Clinical Coordinator of the Respiratory Therapy department.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy services effectively under supervision.
- Chart patient progress and therapy administered accurately.
- Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
- Possession of a California Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
- Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
- Holding a California Fire and Life Safety Card.
