The Registered Nurse coordinates and provides safe patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They also direct assigned personnel and perform charge duties as required by the unit protocol. Candidates must hold a state nursing license and possess BLS certification upon hire. Additional certifications including ACLS, NIHSS, CPI, and PALS are required within 90 days of the start date.
