**Shift Supervisor**
The Shift Supervisor is tasked with overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, guaranteeing effective team allocation, adherence to food safety protocols, and exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include training new team members, overseeing cash management, and upholding restaurant standards while assisting the management team. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or the restaurant industry, along with proven leadership or training capabilities.
