**Job Title: Resupply Representative**
The Resupply Representative is responsible for handling incoming orders and requests from patients for respiratory and enteral nutrition supplies, while also managing the verification and authorization processes with insurance providers. This role involves keeping precise patient records and ensuring clear communication with both patients and healthcare providers across various communication platforms. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate degree or some college education being advantageous. Prior experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company, along with strong computer skills, is essential.
