**Co-Store Manager**
The Co-Store Manager is responsible for guiding the sales floor and receiving area, ensuring the achievement of both operational and financial targets. Key duties encompass merchandising, developing team members, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing payroll and inventory management. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of experience in retail management. This position demands flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the capacity to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
