Job description
The Senior Swim Instructor is responsible for guiding the training and ongoing development of swim instructors, while maintaining adherence to safety protocols and brand standards. This role includes offering hands-on assistance to staff during lessons and addressing customer inquiries to provide an exceptional learning environment. Ideal candidates will bring a background in swim instruction and team leadership, as well as outstanding communication abilities. Necessary certifications such as CPR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguard can be acquired post-employment.
