Job description
The Retail Floor Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the store, inspiring the sales staff, and guaranteeing exceptional customer service. This position also involves collaborating with the Store Manager on visual merchandising, managing inventory, and upholding the highest store standards. Applicants should be prepared to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends, and must have excellent leadership and communication abilities. Physical demands of the job include the capacity to lift up to 30 lbs and to be actively engaged on the sales floor during shifts.
