This role involves providing leadership on the sales floor, organizing work plans, and ensuring that the store is always customer-ready and adheres to company policies. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years in retail leadership roles. The position demands the capability to stand for extended periods, lift weights up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
