**Job Title: Offering Strategy and Portfolio Growth Leader**
Develop and implement the strategy for a new business initiative while driving portfolio development and market growth. Manage the product portfolio roadmap and lifecycle strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and profitability. A Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 12 years of experience in portfolio management, product strategy, or business planning is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of electromechanical industrial markets and demonstrate the capability to spearhead cross-functional projects.
