Job description
**Job Title: Retail Sales Associate**
The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and managing the sales process, including handling loans and extensions, as well as executing daily store opening and closing responsibilities. This position involves engaging with customers to negotiate agreements on pawned merchandise, such as jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A self-driven attitude is essential, along with the ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening. Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
