Job description
The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, processing transactions at the cash register, and contributing to store merchandising efforts. This position also involves maintaining the store’s overall appearance, receiving inventory shipments, and participating in company donation initiatives. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a friendly demeanor, be collaborative team members, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable, and candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
