Job description
The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in providing customized shopping experiences by recognizing customer preferences and suggesting appropriate products. Additional responsibilities include keeping the sales floor organized, handling transactions, and striving to achieve both personal and store sales objectives. Applicants should possess flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays, and be capable of standing for long durations while lifting up to 25 lbs. Excellent communication abilities and a capacity to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team are essential.
