Job description
**Retail Service and Operations Manager**
The Retail Service and Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily functioning of the store, which encompasses areas such as merchandising, cash handling, and adherence to safety regulations. This role also involves training and guiding team members to provide outstanding customer service and meet store performance objectives. Candidates should possess 2-4 years of leadership experience in a retail or service-oriented setting. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, and candidates must have a strong command of POS and office software.
