The Lead PLC Technician acts as the on-site technical authority responsible for the installation, upkeep, and repair of industrial control systems and automation technology. This role involves orchestrating daily operations in the field, offering technical support to team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience with PLC controls and industrial automation, showcasing proven leadership in field operations. Essential skills include the ability to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot intricate control systems, and interpret ladder logic effectively.
