Job Summary
The Crane Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes and other lifting equipment to ensure the successful completion of construction and manufacturing projects in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities
- Operate cranes to lift and move materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to determine load requirements and rigging procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate operations and activities.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a crane operator, with a comprehensive understanding of crane operations.
- Possession of a valid crane operator certification.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
