Job description
**Retail Service Specialist**
The Retail Service Specialist assists store management with everyday operations, sales, and customer service, while also overseeing team members in the showroom. Key responsibilities include managing the store’s opening and closing tasks, ensuring security, handling cash, and guaranteeing the effective processing of orders and returns. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication abilities and should be able to obtain the RSS certification. Previous experience in retail sales, especially related to auto parts, along with a background in automotive repair, is strongly preferred.
