The Railroad Safety and RWP Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulations and overseeing railroad construction operations. This position involves creating and implementing federally required RWP training programs, in addition to managing team members and working alongside safety and security partners. Applicants should hold an accredited bachelor’s degree accompanied by 16 years of experience, or possess 20 years of pertinent experience in place of a degree. Expertise in 49 CFR 214 and OSHA construction standards at a subject matter expert level is essential.
