The Retail Shift Leader supervises the daily operations of the car wash, which includes overseeing site maintenance, managing inventory, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. This role is key to delivering outstanding customer service, training staff members, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be prepared to work in a dynamic environment. The position requires physical stamina, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, and excellent interpersonal skills.
