**Lead Veterinary Technician**
The Lead Veterinary Technician is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, which includes managing staff schedules and optimizing the use of management software. This role involves training technicians on medical protocols and maintaining exceptional standards in both patient care and customer service. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a veterinary technician, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Familiarity with veterinary management systems like SmartFlow and Cornerstone is strongly preferred.
